Mr. Udayan Grover

Director

Aged 45 years and a Commerce Graduate, he joined family business immediately after completing his Bachelor Degree in Commerce from one of the most recognized University of Kanpur, in India. After Graduation he did his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, India when he joined, and his family was into the business of manufacturing Ferro-Alloys and manufacturing Ice Crème. These two Industries of entirely opposite nature gave him the opportunity to experience and learn varied aspects of business ranging from needs of industrial raw material and needs of consumers of food product. Feeling scarcity of opportunities in Kanpur, he shifted his base of operation to Mumbai, the financial capital of India in 2006. In Mumbai he started his journey of exponential growth under the flagship company named Grover Metalloys Limited. Later he expanded his experience by entering in Real Estate construction in 2011 and in Media and Technologies in 2016. With this range of diversified businesses he spread his contacts across the globe from USA, South Africa, Europe, and Middle-East to Australia. He has also established two off shore companies one in U.K. and other in Malaysia. He lives in the Mumbai in India and loves playing badminton, meeting new people and volunteering. He would love to work on independent consulting projects or collaborate on exciting ideas in the consumer, retail or non-profit space.

Mr. Ravindra Grover

Aged 61 years and a Graduate in Science & Technology, he along with his elder brother, entered into the business of manufacturing of value added Ferro Alloys, in the year 1985 in Kanpur. Then, in 1991, he entered in the business of manufacturing of Ice-cream. These two industries of entirely opposite nature gave him an opportunity to master varied aspects of business, ranging from needs of industrial raw material to needs of consumers of food products. He shifted his base of operations to Mumbai, the Financial Capital of India in 2003 to capture and expand the market of Ferro Alloys in the western and southern regions of India, because almost the major clients of northern and eastern regions were well captured by him operating from Kanpur. This approach helped him to gain number one position in India by the year 2006, in his category of business.  In year 2006, he started his journey under the Flagship Company named Grover Metalloys Limited. This company was into trading of Metals, Minerals Chemicals and Ferro Alloys. He also opened an office in London in 2008, to expand his operations. Thereafter, he entered into Real estate constructions in 2011 and Media and Technology in 2016 and spread his contacts across the globe from USA, South Africa, Europe, and Middle East to Australia.

Mrs. Devika Sood

Director

Aged 30 years armed with an M.Com and a CA degree, she has attended summer school in taxation and law at London School of Economics in London in 2018. She has headed Accounts function for 3 years with Albys Agro Private Limited, a company involved in export of frozen seafood products. She has thereafter worked with an Edtech start-up called Real Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd based in Bangalore wherein she was responsible for fund raising activities.
